Fixed issues in SWSD
SWSD fixes the following issues.

| 00083526 | Requester roles were not able to be scoped by users or incident fields (e.g. site, department etc.). This also caused users not to be able to select a CC when submitting a new service request. |
| 00083391 | Resolved an issue with portal tasks. Approving or declining a task did not work properly. |
| 00084135 | Resolved an issue with the Trend Report not showing data properly. |
| 00081930 | Attaching a Solution via the Incident index table section did not appear in the related tab without refreshing the page. |
| 00083796 | Resolved an issue where some incidents that were created via email were not formatted properly. |
